Dr. Edgar P. O’Neill, DDS, MS, FACP
Dr. Edgar O’Neill is a board-certified prosthodontist with over 30 years of experience in advanced restorative, implant, and esthetic dentistry. He is recognized for his expertise in full-mouth rehabilitation, dental implants, and complex prosthetic reconstruction.
After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola University Chicago and completing his prosthodontic residency at the National Naval Dental Center in Bethesda, Maryland, Dr. O’Neill proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a prosthodontic and implant specialist. He then spent 17 years as Director of the Graduate Prosthodontics Program at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he trained and mentored countless dentists and residents in advanced implant and restorative techniques.

Dr. Laurențiu Popa
Dr. Laurențiu Popa, DDS, graduated from dental school in 2012, finishing 3rd out of a class of 141. Committed to the highest level of specialty training, he completed an advanced Prosthodontic Preceptorship at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), followed by a Prosthodontics Residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. There, he gained extensive expertise in full-mouth reconstruction, implant-supported prosthetics, fixed and removable restorations, and surgical implant placement.
Dr. Popa then completed a Maxillofacial Prosthodontics Fellowship, obtaining advanced skills in treating patients with cancer, congenital craniofacial disorders, trauma, and complex functional challenges. His training includes mastery of both traditional and fully digital workflows—3D printing, guided surgery, digital smile design, facial prosthetics, and advanced occlusal rehabilitation. Today, Dr. Popa focuses primarily on full-arch implant reconstruction, All-on-X procedures, digital implant planning, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, compassionate patient care, and his ability to seamlessly integrate surgical, prosthetic, and laboratory expertise to deliver predictable, aesthetic, and long-lasting outcomes.
